iPhone Applications - A Whole World of Possibilities
Executive Summary About iPhone Applications By Andrew Seaford

With the release of the iPhone in July 2008, the world of possibilities has opened up. Let’s start off with the Phone capabilities, the iPhone offers audio conferencing, call holding, call merging, caller ID and it can even be combined with other cell hone carriers that support the iPhone. A step into technology will show that the iPhone has visual voicemail.
Some phones allow you to listen to songs and some will let you watch limited videos. But the iPhone allows you access to a musical library that is very much like an iPod. The iPhone will play these applications and more in the landscape (sideways) position of the phone. The texting application offers spell check and spelling corrections. What other phone does that? Plus the iPhone has a predictive word option as well a dictionary that is capable of learning new words. With your E-mail application, the iPhone works with HTML e-mail that means that you can attach pictures inside your e-mail from your phone.
The idea behind the iPhone is to use all of the other applications so the phone feature is not that technologically advanced.
iPhone Headphones - Getting Them to Work
Executive Summary About iPhone Handphones By Jeffrey Meier
Before you toss in your iPhone and headphones on that long journey, you better make sure they are compatible. You would think all headphones would work with your new iPhone, but that just isn’t the case.
The problem is the jack is recessed several millimeters which make getting a connection for most headphones virtually impossible. Many aftermarket headphone adapters have been released and were going to look at some of the options that you have at your disposal. One of my favorites is the RadTech Audio Extension cable. Price wise it’s in the 8.00 ballpark. It seems to work well and the sleek design is popular with many people. Everyone knows the name Shure as they usually produce quality products. They have also entered the iPhone adapter fray with a high end model with a much longer cable that includes an inline microphone that sells for around 40.00. There are many other adapters out there and if I mention them all we probably wouldn’t have space.
The biggest problem you have to worry about is a too stiff adapter can cause damage if you hit it against something. You don’t want it to damage the iPhone.
